Main performance:
●The machine adopts a box structure, which is stable and reliable.

●The body casting is made of HT250 Resin sand casting, which has high rigidity and strong bearing capacity.

●The X, Y, U, and V axes of the machine are driven by servo motors, with 4-axis linkage cutting.

●Both the X and Y axes use Taiwan HIWIN/PMI guide rails and precision ball screws, with high precision and long service life.

●The wire running control device adopts an induction type travel switch, which has high sensitivity and durability.

●The taper U and V axis have a stroke of 30mm, and the use of precision screw and HIWIN/PMI guide rail ensure that the machine can process a taper range of ± 12°/60mm.

●The interior of the electrical cabinet adopts a constant source unobstructed electrical structure, with low loss and high speed. The continuous cutting of 100000 mm2 molybdenum wire has a loss of ≤ 0.005mm.

●The control system is compatible with mainstream driver control software on the market, making it convenient for customers to choose various operating software that suits them.

●The electrical components of the whole machine are made of well-known brands such as Germany, Japan, and Taiwan brands.
